Set the default waiver, disclaimer, and customer-signature requirements for new quotes.
Set the agreement language and signature requirement that CleanOps offers when your team creates a quote. You can keep waiver and disclaimer text in CleanOps or use a PDF, then choose which items new quotes include by default. Each quote can still override those defaults.
Before you start: sign in with permission to update Brand & Docs settings. Quote legal agreements are available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Open Settings, select Brand & Docs, then scroll to Extra Docs. This section contains the quote signature default, Liability Waiver, and Service Disclaimers settings.

People with permission to update Brand & Docs can change these settings. People with read-only access can review the saved text but cannot edit it. Quote agreement controls are enabled on Pro and Enterprise plans; on Basic, the new-quote controls are disabled and marked PRO. Saved settings become active again if the account returns to Pro or Enterprise.
Turn Require signature to accept quotes on when new quotes should start with a signature requirement. The switch saves immediately and affects new quotes only; your team can override it on an individual quote.

Select Text under Liability Waiver, enter the waiver, then select Save. Both text editors accept Markdown, HTML, and plain text. Their toolbar includes bold, italic, strikethrough, headings 1–3, bulleted and numbered lists, block quotes, code blocks, undo, and redo. Reset is enabled after an unsaved edit and restores the saved version; Delete clears the saved text and is disabled when no text is saved.

Select Text under Service Disclaimers, enter the disclaimer language, then select Save. Its content, mode, and Save, Reset, and Delete actions are independent from the waiver.

For either document, select PDF, choose an unencrypted PDF, then upload it. The upload switches that document to PDF mode immediately. CleanOps shows the stored filename and an inline preview after the upload completes. Switching between Text and PDF also saves immediately, and each document keeps its alternate text independently.

Select Replace to upload a newer file. Select Remove to delete the stored PDF and return that document to Text mode; the previously saved alternate text remains available.

Use a valid, unencrypted .pdf file no larger than 10 MB and no longer than 50 pages. CleanOps rejects other file types, files whose contents do not match their extension, corrupt or encrypted PDFs, and PDFs over either limit. Upload and preview loading indicators show while CleanOps works. If an upload or preview fails, the current saved document remains available and a recovery message lets you retry. If no file is selected or no PDF is stored, CleanOps asks you to choose or upload one before switching to PDF mode.
An invalid upload is rejected while the valid saved PDF remains available.
Under each document, turn on Include by default on new quotes for the terms you normally send. Each switch saves independently and changes only quotes created afterward.

Create a quote and review Legal Agreements. The waiver, disclaimer, and signature controls inherit the defaults from Extra Docs. Change any switch for this quote before saving when the customer or job needs different terms.

After the quote is issued, its detail page marks each agreement Included or Not Included. When a customer signs, the signature record includes the signer, method, time, verified IP address, consent version, source, and a signed-package download.

New quotes now inherit the agreement and signature choices you saved. Existing quotes keep their own saved requirements, and each new quote can still be adjusted before it is sent.
