Set the default waiver, disclaimer, and customer-signature requirements for new quotes.
Set the waiver, disclaimer, and signature choices that new quotes inherit in the CleanOps mobile app. Mobile uses plain text fields for legal wording and one Save Changes action for the settings on this screen. Each new quote can still override the saved defaults.
Before you start: sign in to a Pro or Enterprise account with permission to update Brand & Docs settings.
Open More, select Settings, then select Brand & Docs. Scroll to Liability Waiver & Disclaimers to configure the two legal documents.

People with Settings page access can open Brand & Docs. People who also have permission to update settings can edit and save; read-only users see a Read-only banner and no Save, Replace, or Remove actions. Quote agreement controls are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Basic accounts keep saved settings, but cannot apply the gated controls to new quotes until the account returns to Pro or Enterprise.
Turn Require signature on quotes on when new quotes should start with a customer-signature requirement. Select Save Changes. This changes new quotes only; your team can override the switch on an individual quote.

Under Liability Waiver, select Text and enter the wording in the plain text field. Mobile does not show the web formatting toolbar or impose the 500-character notes limit on legal text. Select Save Changes when you are done.

Under Disclaimers, select Text and enter the terms that should accompany quotes. Its content and mode are independent from the waiver. Select Save Changes to persist both the wording and the selected mode.

Select PDF for either document. If no PDF is stored, the file picker opens; canceling leaves Text mode unchanged. Choose a valid, unencrypted PDF to upload it and switch that document to PDF mode. If a file is already stored, selecting PDF returns to it without another upload. The alternate text remains available when you switch modes.

Select Preview to load the current PDF, Replace to choose a newer file, or Remove to delete the stored PDF and return that document to Text mode. These actions affect only the selected waiver or disclaimer.

Use a real .pdf file no larger than 10 MB and no longer than 50 pages. CleanOps rejects renamed non-PDF files, corrupt or encrypted PDFs, and files over either limit. A rejected upload leaves the current saved document unchanged. If a preview cannot load, Preview unavailable and Retry remain inline; Retry requests a fresh private link. If the screen cannot reload, pull down to refresh. A failed save now explains whether CleanOps could not be reached and confirms that your unsaved changes remain on screen.

Turn on Include by default under the waiver, the disclaimer, or both, then select Save Changes. The two checkboxes are independent and affect only quotes created afterward.

Create a quote and review Legal Agreements. Include Liability Waiver, Include Disclaimers, and Require customer signature inherit the Brand & Docs defaults. Change any of them for this quote before saving when the customer or job needs different terms.

After issue, the quote detail shows whether the waiver and disclaimers were Included. A signed quote also shows the signer, time, method, trusted IP, consent version, package hash, source, and Download signed package action.

New mobile quotes now inherit the agreement and signature choices you saved. Existing quotes keep their own requirements, and each new quote can still be adjusted before it is sent.
