Disconnect CompanyCam

Unlink your CompanyCam account to stop syncing photos and projects.

Disconnecting CompanyCam stops CleanOps from creating projects or syncing photos. Your existing CompanyCam projects and photos stay in CompanyCam — only the link between the two apps is removed.

Before you start: sign in with an operator/employer account that can manage integrations.

    Open the CompanyCam card and disconnect

    Select Settings in the left navigation, open Integrations, and find the connected CompanyCam card. Select Disconnect.

  2. CompanyCam is disconnected

    A green CompanyCam disconnected successfully confirmation appears and the card returns to disconnected with a Connect button. Automatic sync and the per-job Sync this job action stop until you reconnect.

  3. Tips & related

    • Disconnecting doesn’t delete anything in CompanyCam — reconnect any time with connect CompanyCam and your settings return.
